At FurAwayCo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you and your pets to love your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping demand periods

However, we will always do our best to help track and resolve shipping issues.
